Dr. Brittany Jermalovic was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She developed a passion for the human-animal bond at a young age which drove her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Dr. Jermalovic received her Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from the University of Anchorage, Alaska followed by a Masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She finally achieved her dream of becoming a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University (Go Cougs!). 

She started her career in vibrant Las Vegas, Nevada as an associate veterinarian. Here, she expanded her skills in preventative medicine, surgery, abdominal ultrasound, internal medicine and acupuncture. She appreciates that pets are important members of the family and strives to improve their quality of life through medicine, pet parent education and involvement. 

After marrying her soulmate, who is also a veterinarian, they answered the call of the mountains and moved to Colorado. When they are not taking care of their patients, you can find them enjoying the great outdoors or exploring new culinary recipes.
